MELDA KOŞAR

    Melda Kosar is the founder of Kosar Real Estate Consultancy where she is responsible for the sales and marketing strategies including concept development and positioning of the residential and mix-used developments. With in-depth know-how in real estate marketing and experience in concept development, project positioning, branding, market analysis based on feasibility studies, product evaluation and definition of sales & marketing strategies, Ms. Kosar has advised a significant number of regional and international real estate projects.

    After graduating from Bilkent University, Ankara, with a BSc. in International Relations, Kosar underwent the postgraduate “International Marketing Strategies” course at London School of Economics and achieved specialization for consulting Sales & Marketing of Real Estates.

    Melda Kosar started her professional career in 1996 as the Product Manager and proceed to Brand Management and Business Development Manager positions in Alarko Turizm Group where she worked in brand management, sales, and marketing.

    Melda Kosar’s professional career at Servotel – a leading consultancy company in global hospitality and real estate development-lasted for 12 years. She held the position of “The Executive Board Member and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer”. She worked on multiple high-profile developments representing a combined investment value in excess of 10 billion USD.

    Melda was the Assistant General Manager and the Executive Board Member of Mikare, which is an investment company. Kosar was responsible for the project development & design management coordination, sales & marketing strategies of Mikare’s all Berlin-based real estate projects.

Melda Koşar, who is currently a board member of INDER and Yenigün Konut, is also a member of the Executive Board of Antalya-based RG Gayrimenkul and Baku-based Aral Group. She speaks fluent Italian and English.

    Beste Buse Erata, graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Landscape Architecture in 2016, worked as a landscape architect in Bir Tasarım Landscape Design, HET Landscape & Urban Design and BS Engineering companies in her professional career between 2015 and 2019. 

    During the time, she took part in city park projects, stream improvement and landscape restoration projects, as well as many private garden design projects, together with İstanbul city and district municipalities. 

    Today, she continues to provide landscape project and consultancy services to various employers

    TUNA ERATA

    Upon graduation from Istanbul Erkek Lisesi, Tuna Erata graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Architecture in 2014, and completed his master’s degree in Project and Construction Management at the same university. Since 2014, he has worked in the project management and purchasing departments of corporate companies that provide international contracting services such as Polimeks and GAP İnşaat, in projects with a total value over 5 billion dollars. 

    Between 2018 and 2023, he worked as a project manager in  Berlin-based projects of Mikare, an international real estate investment company. Today, he continues to provide consultancy services to various employers in the fields of architectural project development and project management.
