Melda Koşar is the founder of Koşar Real Estate Consultancy and is responsible for concept development, product positioning, and the formulation of sales and marketing strategies for residential and mixed-use projects.

Drawing on her extensive expertise in real estate marketing and her experience in product development, branding, feasibility-driven market and product analysis, and sales and marketing strategy, she has contributed to numerous prominent projects in Türkiye and international markets.

Melda Koşar graduated from Bilkent University with a degree in International Relations and subsequently studied International Marketing Strategies at the London School of Economics. Throughout her professional career, she has specialised in real estate sales and marketing consultancy.

Koşar began her career in 1996 as a Product Manager at Alarko Tourism Group, later serving as Brand Manager and Business Development Manager. She subsequently joined Servotel, an international consultancy specialising in hotel and real estate development projects. During her 12 years with the company, she served as a Member of the Executive Committee and General Manager of Sales and Marketing. In these roles, she was actively involved in mid- and upper-segment mixed-use developments with a combined value exceeding USD 10 billion.

Koşar later served as Deputy General Manager at Mikare, an international real estate investment company, where she was responsible for project development, the coordination of design management, and sales and marketing strategies for the company’s Berlin-based international developments.

For nearly a decade, Koşar has provided consultancy services through Koşar Real Estate Consultancy to numerous projects in Türkiye and international markets, drawing on her extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate sector.

From 2013 to 2019, Melda Koşar held various roles within GYODER. Between 2020 and 2022, she served as an Independent Board Member at Özak REIT. She currently serves as a Board Member at İNDER and Yenigün Konut, as well as an Executive Committee Member at Aslan Yapı and Koçulu Holding. She is fluent in English and Italian.

Beste Buse Erata graduated from the Department of Landscape Architecture at Istanbul Technical University and has since built a distinguished career through her active involvement in a number of prominent landscape architecture projects. She has developed expertise across a wide range of project types and scales, including urban parks, stream rehabilitation, landscape restoration, and private garden design, gaining extensive experience through collaborations with local authorities and private-sector organisations.

In line with the vision of Koşar Real Estate Consultancy, Erata focuses on developing strategic solutions that add value to each project. With her sustainable and creative approach, she plays an active role throughout the project development and design processes.

Her work encompasses comprehensive services at every stage of the process, from developing site-specific concepts for development sites to shaping complete living environments. Looking beyond aesthetics, she creates innovative solutions that balance functionality, user experience, and environmental responsibility while supporting the long-term success of each project.

Tuna Erata holds a master’s degree in architecture and specialises in project management and budget planning for international developments. He has contributed to large-scale projects in several countries, particularly in Germany and Turkmenistan, gaining extensive experience in budgeting, feasibility analysis, and cost optimisation. To ensure the financial sustainability of each project, he conducts detailed feasibility studies and develops strategic solutions that achieve an optimal balance between cost and quality.

At Koşar Real Estate Consultancy, Erata leads the planning, development, and management of projects, maximising cost efficiency through comprehensive budgeting and feasibility studies. Drawing on his expertise in strategic solution development and cost management, he provides clients with tailored project development and management processes while also overseeing architectural design monitoring and coordination.

Tuna Erata is a graduate of Istanbul High School and Istanbul Technical University. He has advanced proficiency in English and German.
